Night Activies in Langkawi Island

I guess people never been to Langkawi will wonder what they can do at night. Live band? Walking along the beach? or anything else?

To me the night life of Langkawi could be pretty boring, I mean if we compare it with KL night life.... However a family trip always go differently as u know =P

We visited Dataran Langkawi first after our dinner, the place which the big eagle is situated. Nothing much there but it's super windy that cheer the place up...

Tanjung Rhu Beach in Langkawi Island

After we left Yacht Club on the way back to Hotel, we dropped by Tanjung Rhu beach to enjoy some beach walking session...

The Loaf Langkawi with Yacht Club View

Are you aware of The Loaf, a bakery shop in Pavillion? Do you know who's the owner of The Loaf?

Hear me right, it is owned by former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir and the main branch is located at Yatch Club, Langkawi Island.

Langkawi is famous for the breathtaking view of beach and so on, but do you aware the yatch club actually leaves a beautiful picture in mind...

Not to mentioned all these are private yatch!

Oriental Village in Langkawi Island

As continuant of my Journey to Langkawi with Family post, uncle Alan friend Uncle Tan picked us up for lunch. Uncle Tan bought us lunch and it was really good food, will blogged about it later on.

After check-in for the hotel, we went all the way to Oriental Village where the famous cable car is located. Mom wanted to get a ride but the crowd was too huge and the queue was super long, therefore we just walked around the oriental village instead.

Well, there are few people asking why I'm not inside all the picture, don't bother to look for me cause I didn't take any picture of myself at all for the whole Langkawi trip. Blame the single fault, guess I should start looking for a girl friend...Haha...

This was the second time of me visiting Oriental Village, the last one was at 5 years back. The environment looked pretty same like my first visit...

Look at the queue of crowd from the first level till the ground floor, if we were to queue up I guess we need to wait more than an hour man!

The Journey to Langkawi with Family

Still remember a super short Preview of my Langkawi Trip during Chinese New Year this year? Basically it was a family trip of my family and TeeJay family on 4th of Chinese New Year, ya we two families are pretty closed to each other.

Anyway, I'm not gonna cramp all pictures into one blog post, I will separate it to few post as my usual blogging style.

Okay, why Langkawi of all other available choice we have to go for tour during Chinese New Year? Practically my family planned to go Hatyai instead of Langkawi, however all the rooms were fully booked till 7th of Chinese New year. I guess it's pretty good decision not to go Hatyai or else we will just stuck at the emigration few hours just to get our border pass/passport chopped that I experienced the last journey.

Add on, the last time my mom went Langkawi was at least 10 years back during Lima. Guess Langkawi is almost a new image to her now.

Once we step down, we spotted this big private ship at the jetty. Guess it cost a bomb to a normal people like me.
