Night Activies in Langkawi Island

I guess people never been to Langkawi will wonder what they can do at night. Live band? Walking along the beach? or anything else?

To me the night life of Langkawi could be pretty boring, I mean if we compare it with KL night life.... However a family trip always go differently as u know =P

We visited Dataran Langkawi first after our dinner, the place which the big eagle is situated. Nothing much there but it's super windy that cheer the place up...

Huge Eagle

The only thing we can do there is to shoot pictures but the eagle is the only subject title, so....

The Loaf Langkawi with Yacht Club View

Are you aware of The Loaf, a bakery shop in Pavillion? Do you know who's the owner of The Loaf?

Hear me right, it is owned by former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir and the main branch is located at Yatch Club, Langkawi Island.

Langkawi is famous for the breathtaking view of beach and so on, but do you aware the yatch club actually leaves a beautiful picture in mind...

Not to mentioned all these are private yatch!

This yacht named JOJO!

How fabulous if I can owned one of that =]

Okay, back to The Loaf =]

The Loaf has wide variety of bakeries, range from freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes as well as western and local fare...

Look at the pastry... I'm drooling already...

Xiangcool.com is Featured in 8TV Nite Live

On Sunday afternoon, I receive a tweet which surprised me from 8tvnitelive.

They informed me that they gonna feature my blog during 8TV Nite Live program hosted by Mike and Moe on 12.30am Monday morning.

Yay, I knows it's kind of late and even I'm asleep when they featured my blog too =P. Blame the bad migraine I had on Sunday night force me to go to bed miss out the program.

However, Azrin a helpful friend helped me to record down the featuring session and encode it for me. A big thanks to him =]

Oh ya, that's some problem in the video that the audio is extremely low. Plug in head phones or on your loud speaker to hear what they say about my blog. Sorry for the inconvenient cause....

Enjoy it... Xiangcool Xiangcool KawanKu! lolx....

Lastly, big thanks to 8TV Nite Live for featuring xiangcool.com as the Blog Plug of the week!

Oriental Village in Langkawi Island

As continuant of my Journey to Langkawi with Family post, uncle Alan friend Uncle Tan picked us up for lunch. Uncle Tan bought us lunch and it was really good food, will blogged about it later on.

After check-in for the hotel, we went all the way to Oriental Village where the famous cable car is located. Mom wanted to get a ride but the crowd was too huge and the queue was super long, therefore we just walked around the oriental village instead.

Well, there are few people asking why I'm not inside all the picture, don't bother to look for me cause I didn't take any picture of myself at all for the whole Langkawi trip. Blame the single fault, guess I should start looking for a girl friend...Haha...

This was the second time of me visiting Oriental Village, the last one was at 5 years back. The environment looked pretty same like my first visit...

Look at the queue of crowd from the first level till the ground floor, if we were to queue up I guess we need to wait more than an hour man!

This thingy named Segway was launch years ago by Tun Mahathir used to replace walking at the village. It looks pretty fun and easy to handle though

This small little girl is more brave than me on handling the snake "Bulu Roma"

Next post will you guys to The Loaf, Tun Mahathir bakery shop and the yatch view there...
