In case those of you din't read up my previous bak kut teh post, i shall refresh the bak kut teh history with you guys....
Bak Kut Teh is a Chinese soup which is popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore. The name literally translates as "meat bone tea", and at its simplest, consists of meaty pork ribs in a complex broth of herb and spices (including star anise, cinnamon, cloves, dang gui, garlic and others), boiled together with pork bones for hours in clay pot...
Due to my camera left at Ade place, I took all photos with my camera phone... As my phone does not have flash support, the quality of photos not that good.....

Soy sauce (usually light soy sauce, but dark soy sauce is also offered sometimes) is preferred as a condiment, with which chopped chili and minced garlic is taken together.
