(Actually I've done Blueberry and Kiwi muffin before)
Here comes the process pictures.....
4 Eggs.... Cant break all nicely :(
Beat the egg evenly
Add water :)
Add in the combined flour
Whisk it for 10 mins
Pour in Veg oil
Whisk it to even
Tadaa..... Done
Prepare tray with paper cup
Pour in half the muffin mix, then place some melted cooking chocolate
Cover it up with muffin mix again
Add some chocolate chips on top
Its done!!!
