My Family Tradision Own Made Noodle 家传打面

Attention ^^

Today I'm gonna blog about Century Best Own Made Noodle!......

I guess most of you doesn't know that Noodle actually meaning “simpleton” which is probably unrelated to noodle meaning “pasta.” Noodle, meaning “stupid person” was in use as early as 1753. The word noodle to denote the edible substance is first attested in English in 1779. ...

Back to the story of noodle ;P

This noodle dishes is inherited from my Grandfather around 80 years ago....We addressed this noodle as "Pak Mee" in Hokkien. I'm pretty sure you can't taste it anywhere outside, cause it's only available to my big family members from my mother side (Ng family)....

My grandfather even has a special long knife to cut the mee (now we use machine) last time. Do not be mistaken that we operate noodle shop or noodle making company, we are just maintaining our inherited delicious recipe which you can't try it anywhere else..

I'm gonna reveal the mee making process below :)
