Blueberry is quite a common preferable fruit to everybody. We usually get to eat blueberry cheese cake,blueberry cake, but today I gonna introduce you guys my Blueberry Cheese tart....
Here is the process pictures.....
Pastry
Butter with icing sugar
Mix it with mixer and add flour later on
knit the dough...
Wrap it and put into refrigeratorTips: This step is to make the baked pastry to be crispy and not that vulnerable
make small dough balls..
Fit it into the tart cup
Tray of 9 tart pastry
Bake it in an oven
Remove the pastry from the tart cupCheese Tart Filling
The 2 long long things, it's not tofu, it's cheese!!
Again beat it in mixer
Transfer into a measuring cup
Fill it into the pastry
Add blueberry filling and shape it with tooth pick
Tray of 8 tarts ( Haven done yet)....Sent into Oven t bake again
Tadaa.....Done!..... Put it in a specific wrapper for tarts....
Prepare to share with relatives and neighbours...How is my Blue berry cheese tart?.....Thumb up?
