Roti Canai & Nasi Lemak

Lots of people like to eat Roti Canai and Nasi Lemak...But did you guys know how it harms your health when you enjoying it?...


Roti Canai

One piece of Roti Canai contains the equivalent calories you exhausted in 5 km jogging. It simply means that if you had jog for 5km, eating a piece of Roti Canai equivalent to you waste the jogging session at all. Moreover people usually eat 2 pieces of Roti Canai without exercising at all. Besides, there is too much of oil in a piece of Roti Canai. To make they dough, they put oil. To make it crispy, they add more oil again. When they pan fry, they need to use oil again. Moreover, the oil of the chef also added at the same time(sweat).

We sweat when we exercise. The sickness will come out with our sweat, thats why it is commonly know that health is in good condition when we able to sweat. Now we are consuming the sickness or disease of the Roti Canai chef somemore. Additionally, don't eat the Roti Canai made by chef which wore ring on the left hand. You know lar :P.


Nasi Lemak
Nasil Lemak contain a big amount of santan (coconut cream), therefore the cholesterol level is very high. When Profesor Ungku Aziz is interview, he was asked about the secret receipe in living a healthy live at the age of 85.He said that he don't eat or rarely eat Nasi Lemak as most of the Malaysian.

Conclusion

We should be more kind and gentle to our body. The least we could do and watch out on our food intake. Eat healthy food... :)

    Nasi Lemak from Malay...

  5. You are making me feeling guilty for eating those. Talking about mamak food, I rarely eat those for a while. I like spicy food, it excite my taste buds.
