Awareness for Sunway University College!

The Father of Complaint is back!

I guess most of you guys know that I'm currently studying in Sunway University College, right?

I had never post anything regarding my uni, today i will be blogging about the cleanliness of my uni.

Well, 3 days in a week I reached campus early in the morning around 6.50. We usually were allocated in a same lecture theatre hall.

First thing to be mention here, how punctual were the security guards to open up all the doors. Supposedly the doors should be open up at the time of 7am as there are students who came early in the morning. However I discover the security guard being slower in action from time to time, from 7am, dragging the time till 7.10am. Sometimes it is more worsen that they only came to open the door at the time of 7.20am. Maybe some of you would say that I should be more courteous to them or be kind to them. But in my opinion, an organization such as Sunway should be more efficiency in delegating work and be punctual!
(As we pay a big amount of student resource fee!)

Second thing to be mention is the cleanliness. If I were not wrong, months ago....The janitors will come in to sweep the floor, throw all the rubbish away after the doors were opened by the security guard. But I can't even find the shadow of the janitors recently cleaning up the class. Can you imagine how dirt the class was and we need to sit there for more than 6 hours...In case you can't imagine it, you can have a view from the pictures below

Rubbish On The Tables

A better zoom in

Can you see the rubbish under the tables?
OMG! All rubbish stuck under chairs
You can see how dirty it is dy,right?

And this is the rubbish bin in the class

I'm sorry to say so, although the rubbish was created by the students, but shouldn't the janitors carry out their job well first as the main resolution is to create an awareness of cleanliness in the student can't be just implemented within few days.

Back to the main resolution I said just now, creating an awareness of cleanliness in the students is better than urging up the janitors much. I came across in the foyer and found out something.

This is a table which a bunch of students left after their discussion...

Can you see the amount of rubbish created by the students?.....

Seriously, Sunway should come out with some campaign or events which will raise the awareness of the students. Pampering the students will not lead to a higher class/standard of the University. It is pointless that the outlook of Sunway is so grand, attractive(which Sunway invested a lot of money to make the renovation) when inside the class was bunch of rubbish everywhere...

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, help keep our campus beautiful"

  7. I feel that the cleanliness of the compound has worsen. Toilet is getting dirtier with reduced cleaning frequency. Probably due to more student enrolling into Sunway University College, or reduced maintenance budget.
