Weird Pillar~~

I went back my Alor Star home on Friday...
I discover something additional and unusual in my housing area....
That was this stuff suddenly build up there..... This tall pillar was just installed on the day I came back according to my mom...
The top of the pillar was spread into four sections...
I really wonder what this pillar is about..
Some neighbour said was 3G, some said was W1Max...
Lots of saying going but still no proof indeed...
Can anyone tell me what it is about??...
